Hotel Room Rates

For those of you desiring to stay on-property, we have room blocks at three different hotels, to provide a variety of options at the lowest available price.

If you prefer to stay at another Disney hotel, you can reserve anywhere you’d like at market rates. Additionally, vacation package deals (room, tickets, and more) cannot be booked through the room block.  If you book one of these alternatives, please let us know your arrangements, including confirmation number, so we can ensure we have all our guests’ information.

Transportation

All Disney hotels provide free bus service to the 4 theme parks, Disney Springs, and the water parks.  Polynesian Village also provides direct Monorail access to the Magic Kingdom, easy Monorail access to Epcot, and is the location of our wedding ceremony.  Both Caribbean Beach and Pop Century provide direct access to Hollywood Studios and Epcot via the Skyliner.

We recommend flying  into Orlando International (MCO).  There are multiple nonstop flights daily from Reagan (American & JetBlue), Dulles (United), BWI (Southwest), and Detroit (Delta). As of 2022, Disney is discontinuing the Magical Express service, so you will need transportation between the airport and WDW.  We will be researching various options (Van Service, Taxi, Uber, Rental Car) and providing details in early 2022 – the offerings will be expanding as providers prepare for Magical Express ending.

The day of the wedding, we will provide round-trip transportation between the room block hotels and the ceremony and reception venues.

If you’re staying off-property, please be aware there is a daily parking fee at the theme parks and hotels, although parking at Polynesian will be free on the day of the ceremony.  Be aware: the theme park parking lots can be a bit far from the entrances, and trams may not be available.  Uber and Lyft provide reasonably-priced transportation and will drop you right at the entrance.

Park Tickets

Discounted theme park tickets are available to wedding guests via the Disney Fairytale Weddings ticket link.

Wedding guests can also purchase partial-day tickets, valid from either 1pm or 5pm until park closing, at a reduced price.  These tickets can only be booked by phone directly with the group reservations agents; the phone number is in the Hotel Booking Information section above.

Additionally, active duty or retired military can purchase up to 6 tickets at a phenomenal discount through your local MWR office.  Other government employees, and some contractors, may be able to purchase slightly-discounted tickets through your local MWR or equivalent office.

Disney Accounts

Every person who will have a ticket to enter the parks must have a My Disney Experience account.

If children will be part of your group, create the parents’ accounts first, and then you can create child accounts managed by one parent.  Don’t worry – as long as you ensure your entire group is all on your Friends and Family List, other adults will be able to view and adjust plans for the kiddos.

Park Passes

In addition to having tickets to enter the theme parks, everyone must have a Park Pass each day, for the specific park you wish to visit.  You need to have tickets purchased and linked to your My Disney Experience account(s) before you can make Park Pass reservations.  We suggest you make these reservations as soon as practical – you can always change them if your plans change.

If you have the Park Hopper option on your tickets, you can visit additional parks starting at 2pm, but you must have visited your park pass park first.
